Defective Items and Warranties
All parts are covered only by manufacturer’s warranties and / or guarantees.

If an item arrives in not new condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, or a defect occurs during the intended use of the product, please email sale@centralautospares.com.au for further information. Central Automotive Spares Cardiff does not reimburse for labour, incidental, or any other costs related to the installation of products under any circumstance. For products that have been fitted and used and then become defective, Central Automotive Spares Cardiff will refund the amount paid for the original item (less any postage costs) once the item has been inspected by the manufacturer and confirmed as defective. All postage costs to return the defective item are to be paid by the Buyer and no postage costs will be refunded in relation to the defective item.

Incorrect Supply of Order
If, due to a warehouse or other error on the part of Central Automotive Spares Cardiff, the Buyer receives a Product which does not conform to its Order, the Buyer must contact Central Automotive Spares Cardiff within seven days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request. On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into Central Automotive Spares Cardiff  warehouse, the correct Product will be posted to the Buyer at no extra cost to the Buyer. Postage for return of the incorrect Product and for supply of the correct Product to the Buyer will be paid by Central Automotive Spares Cardiff . The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging and unopened. If the Product is returned and the packaging is damaged or not in its original new condition, a refund will not be processed and Central Automotive Spares Cardiff will return the Product to the Buyer at the Buyer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s expense.

Incorrect Part Ordered by the Buyer
If the incorrect Product is ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer must contact Central Automotive Spares Cardiff within seven days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request. On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into Central Automotive Spares Cardiff warehouse, Central Automotive Spares Cardiff may refund the price paid for the Product. Postage for return of the incorrect Product will be paid by the Buyer. The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging and unopened. If a replacement Product is required, the Buyer may complete a new Order for the correct Product and the new Order will be treated as a separate and new transaction. If the Product is returned and the packaging is damaged or not in its original new condition, a refund will not be processed and Central Automotive Spares Cardiff will return the Product to the Buyer at the Buyer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s expense. If the incorrect Product is not one usually kept in stock and has been ordered in especially for the Buyer, the freight cost of returning the incorrect Product to Central Automotive Spares Cardiff supplier may be deducted from the amount refunded. If the packaging has been opened but the part is in brand new condition, Central Automotive Spares Cardiff may refund the price paid for the part less a handling and repackaging fee of not less than 10% of the price paid for the part.
In some circumstances, a refund cannot be processed until Central Automotive Spares Cardiff has returned the incorrect part to its supplier and has received confirmation from its supplier that a refund will be given to Central Automotive Spares Cardiff for the part. In this case, Central Automotive Spares Cardiff will notify the Buyer as soon as it has received confirmation from its supplier of the amount of the refund received.

Damaged Shipments
All packages should be completely inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. Please then call the freight company Fastway Couriers or whoever is responsible for the package and report the damage. After contacting the carrier, please email sales@centralautospares.com.au for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We will not refund your order simply because you change your mind or have purchased the parts elsewhere. If you are concerned about availability of the parts you have ordered, please contact us before placing your order.

 

ITEMS IN SEALED PACKAGING, ONCE OPENED, ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.


We must be notified of any returns within seven (7) days of receipt of your order and your return must be received by us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order. As our supplier will not refund if items are not received back from us within 21 days after we have received them, this policy will be strictly adhered to.
